Our approach
Zaminwale only represents plotted developments that comply with applicable provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA) and the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) where required.
Project-level RERA numbers
Each project page lists the MahaRERA registration number where it applies. Some plots are NA (non-agricultural) sale plots outside the threshold for mandatory RERA registration — we clearly mark these and share the title chain on request.
What you should verify
Before booking, you can verify any project's MahaRERA registration at https://maharera.maharashtra.gov.in. We encourage every buyer to do so.
