Refund & Cancellation Policy

Site visits
Site visits are free of cost. There is nothing to refund and you can reschedule or cancel any time before your slot at no charge.
Token / booking amounts
Any token amount paid to block a plot is governed by the specific booking form you sign for that project. The exact refund window, deductions (if any) and timelines are stated there before you pay.
How to request a refund
Write to info@zaminwale.in with the subject 'Refund Request', your booking ID and reason. Eligible refunds are processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.
Non-refundable charges
Statutory charges (stamp duty, registration, GST already deposited with the authority) are not refundable once paid to the government.
